What is collected

Anonymous usage counters: page views, post likes, MCP tool calls (method, tool name, client family), and agent-surface hits (path and user agent). No cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking. Analytics are provided by Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not use cookies and do not collect personal data.

What you send on purpose

If you submit the contact form or the hire API, the fields you type (name, contact, brief, budget) are stored in a private database and forwarded to Ruben's email so he can reply. If you join the newsletter, your email address is stored until you ask to be removed.

What is never collected

No advertising trackers, no session replay, no sale or sharing of data with third parties, no data broker feeds. Leads and subscribers are never shared.

Your rights

Email ruben@rubenmarcus.dev to access, correct, or delete anything you submitted. Deletion requests are honored within a few days.
